Rosewood manufactures the full range of internationally recognized FEFCO style cartons. In addition to this, a central part of our business activity is the technical design and production of bespoke, high quality corrugated packaging products. This applies both to the origination of virgin pack concepts and pack redesign projects.

Corrugated grades range from conventional single and double-wall board that can comprise one or a combination of E, B, C, BA or EB flutes, with various paper grammages and white, brown or mottled liner options, to heavy duty grades in CA, AAA or CAA for maximum performance.

Materials selected for inner pack product securement are selected on a fit-for-purpose basis. They can vary, for example, from die-cut corrugated fitments to glued foam or heavy-duty tri-wall blocks that ensure that a product remains static, and, thereby, protected from damage, within the outer pack.

Where required, Rosewood can provide printing services from single colour artwork to superior, high quality print finishes in a full spectrum of hues and metallic inks.

Our provision is further enhanced by a stock-and-serve service that enables customers to take advantage of Rosewood’s warehousing and stock replenishment system. In addition, we can pre-assemble packaging and deliver it to our customer, ready for use.
