Traditional timber pallets have an essential role in the efficient handling, transportation and storage of goods. They are indispensable for warehouse operations. In the main, Rosewood pallets are manufactured to bespoke 2 and 4 way design specifications. Timely reviews of pallet usage are recommended, particularly where the nature of a load changes and design modifications may lead to savings.
We also manufacture pallets specifically for warehouse narrow-aisle and drive-in pallet racking systems where high performance wood grades are selected to support prescribed loads.
We can produce pallets of any dimension including frequently used sizes such as:
We can respond quickly to lead-times for both small and larger orders and have the flexibility to warehouse a continuous stock level and to arrange call-off services
Inka Presswood Pallets are classified as being manufactured from ISPM15 compliant material due to the intense heat and pressure applied during the moulding process. They are robust and can carry, depending on the pallet design, from 250kg to 1250kg of product weight. Being nestable, the pallets save greatly on storage space. The pallets are suitable for certain types of racking/conveyor systems, adding to their flexibilty.
Rounded corners and edges ensure improved performance for shrink and stretch wrap, applied for load securement. In terms of the Packaging Waste Regulations, as Inka Presswood Pallets weigh up to 50% less than timber pallets, they may significantly reduce obligations.
In addition to Presswood Pallets, Rosewood can also supply Inka's Export Pallet Box which is comprised of a corrugated sleeve that fits securely onto a Presswood Pallet. This combines with the benefits of the Pallet to provide a low weight, cost effective packaging solution.
Inka has a range of plactic pallets in a range of sizes and designs that offer a long-life, durable and hygienic option.

Pallet collars provide a flexible, secure, stable, reusable solution for protecting palletised products. With an average duration of 10-15 years, they are a highly economical packaging option. Each collar has a galvanised steel locking profile in each corner which secures it into position when placed on a pallet or where collars are rested upon one another to increase the height. The profiles are hinged so that the collar can be collapsed when not in use, saving on warehouse space return freight costs.

Plastic pallets can meet a variety of applications. The most suitable type will largely depend upon the weight and weight distribution of a product. Manufactured from injection moulded, high density polyethylene and polypropylene, they have high impact resistance and can retain stability at temperatures from -40 to 70 degrees centigrade.
Durable and long life, they will not rot, splinter, warp or snag and are ideal for storage, distribution and pooling systems where the pallets are exchanged or returned to save on costs. Being easy to clean, plastic pallets are suitable for pharmaceutical, food and other hygiene requiring applications.
