Our low-density polyethylene foam can be cut to size to produce bespoke internal packaging material that provides high performance cushioning protection. The closed cell, non-cross linked foam is highly versatile and it can be cut to form specific designs that snap-fit onto products or other internal packaging. It can, for example, be used as internal edge protection to prevent shock damage to the corners and edges of products. Owing to the high performance of the foam, less material is required and it can be reused and can save on costs.
 
The foam can be laminated with adhesives to corrugated board, wood and metals and it can be bonded to itself by heat welding. It is both CFC free and recyclable. Rosewood stocks white LDPE foam and we can also supply black and anti-static grades. Individual requirements can be discussed with our sales advisers.
