Rosewood has on-site facilities to produce bespoke Instapak® foam cushions that provide consistent material density and dimensional accuracy. Initially, we will assess a product type and weight and then manufacture a timber mould to produce pre-moulded foam cushions that accurately fit the contours of the product to provide superior product protection.
